Welcome to Klim Keramik! We're glad that you've chosen to shop with us. Below you will find our terms and conditions, which apply to all purchases made on our website. By shopping with us, you agree to these terms.
1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases of wares from Klim Keramik via our website. We reserve the right to change these terms, and it is your responsibility to keep yourself updated on any changes.
2. Ordering
When placing an order, you'll receive a confirmation by e-mail. Your order is only binding by the time we have confirmed it. We reserve the right to cancel an order if the item is not available. We deliver unique products of very high quality and have strict requirements for the standard of these products. If it turns out that an item contains defects that have not been discovered earlier on, or a product perishes before it has been shipped, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase, and you will get your money back as soon as possible.
3. Prices
All prices are originally stated in Danish kroner (DKK). For the moment, Klim Keramik is not registered for VAT and we therefore do not calculate VAT on our products. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect already confirmed orders.
4. Payment
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment will not be taken until the wares are shipped.
5. Delivery
We strive to deliver your items within 5 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping company. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
6. Return policy
You have the right to return wares within 14 days of receiving them. To return an item, it must be in its original condition and packaging. You must pay for the return yourself, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered (See below). To request a return, please contact us at klimkeramik@gmail.com.
7. Complaints
Should you receive a defective item, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible. Since we always deliver unique items and therefore cannot make a work that is exactly the same as the broken one, we will refund the purchase. You are of course more than welcome to find another nice thing on the page :o)
8. Personal data
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
